I have heard that there is a loophole to do with credit agreements, which means that if they are unenforceable you don’t have to pay them off. My friend used a company www.easycreditclearservices.co.uk who helped him to write a vast chunk of his credit card and catalogue debt off. They work on a no win no fee type basis. You can do it yourself, but I don’t think that it’s recommended, from what I hear as it’s quite complicated. I just wondered if anyone else has successfully pursued this? Thanks.
