hi! i am a consultant.  my client had a property worth INR 450 crores.   recently he was offered a lump sum money on the condition that he should provide a skr from nationalised bank in india for a period of 5 years.  No upfront fee was also payable and funds were promised within 30 days.  The user said he was going to utilise the same for trading in markets.  some one tell me whether such promises and assurances are real.

Funds will get realeased for SKR. But, it will not be tradable with in 30 days.. As Just the raising will take 14 Bank Days.. You can get Just funding wih in 10 - 20 days after raising of SKR.

Even I am having few doulbts, I was going through some references in UK, but no where I can get any details regarding SKR.
