3. Issuing Bank: HSBC, AA rated Bank in Western Europe.
4. Leasing Price: 10% of Face Value plus 2% commission fees to brokers.
5. FCBG selling price: 60% of face value plus 2% commission fees to brokers.
6. Delivery SWIFT TO SWIFT.
7. Payment: Wire Transfer.
8. Hard Copy: Bonded Courier within 7 banking days.

Regarding to know the procedure to lease $20MM SBLC, CD, MTN or BG to use as collateral in Bank of America to get funding to purchase commercial property, 10%+2% fees at closing only via wire.
