Hello everyone, hope anyone can give me advice on how to proceed with my job search.I am almost fully CEMAP qualified-mortagge adviser, but evryone knows that with no experience none will bother taking you on board. So, my question is where do I have to look for w job in order not to take me ages to find one with no experience.
I have tried in a lot of estate agencies, subprime mortgage companies-unfortunately none even calls me,have attended quite a lot of interviews but all negative as i am not experienced.I have experience in selling holiday packages/europe/and think that could help me start a trainee sales role in a small company??do u think i should apply on a voluntary basis as i need start from somewhere.
If I ever knew it would be that difficult, i would have never undertaken those exams which took me ages to complete and am broke.
please give me your views and advice, names, companies whatever might be of help
do appreciate you help in advance
thank you

Hello,

Jave you considered trying high street banks? as we all know there is something of a crisis in the mortgage sector at the moment so that could be another reason why you are finding it hard to do.

Try the more conventional Banks rather than specialist mortgage companies. I doubt that many companies would be willing to take you on as a volunteer in such a strictly regulated market place.
