Hi, everyone here. I am a Chinese straggling here , BUT i do have a big favor to ask you: I begin to interest in investment banking section, nevertheless having no experience in this field. So could someone kind show me the profile of Investment Banking business scope and position description? A list of reference books regarding Mergence & Acquision and IPO valuation is really appreciable:)

PS: i am working in China's Commercial Banking Ragulatory Department and also having plan study in Britan for Finance Ms. Many thanks if some of you can give me some advices on School Choice.
